Rough Cleaning
Is performed before painting, flooring or finishes are installed. Rough cleaning allows us to remove small debris and trash. In this phase we focus on sweeping, vacuuming and damp mopping the floors, removing window stickers and cleaning critical surfaces. This phase is essential for a clean and safe work environment for incoming subcontractors.
Final Cleaning
This is the most thorough and detailed phase of cleaning where we use a top-down cleaning method. Final cleaning focuses on deep cleaning all the surfaces, fixtures, and appliances. Using the most effective equipment, tools, and safe cleaning chemicals for all the different types of surfaces. This phase is crucial to ensure the space is move-in ready.
Touch Up Cleaning
May be required if your construction team had to return and the site does not meet your level of acceptance. A touchup clean will allow for a final inspection to point out any areas which are deficient and require additional cleanup.
